Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Personalized hampers, customized gift boxes, and made-to-order items may require 2 to 3 business days for preparation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 3 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3 to 5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times may vary during festivals, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Address changes cannot always be accommodated once an order has been packed or shipped.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
